<p><em>Bjarne Søballe bliver partner og europæisk direktør, i Salesworks Systems EMEA, der vil indtage Europa fra nyt europæisk hovedkontor i København. Microsoft, der er virksomhedens største samarbejdspartner, er begejstrede.</em></p>
<p>Salesworks Systems Inc. har i over 20 år hjulpet særligt de allerstørste amerikanske software-forhandlere med planlægning, styring, forretningsoptimering og eksekvering af marketing og salg. Nu er turen kommet til Europa, hvor Salesworks Systems Inc og Bjarne Søballe, sammen etablerer en ny europæisk forretning. Bjarne Søballe vil selv stå i spidsen for den europæiske organisation, og skal opbygge et europæisk hovedkontor i København. 95 procent af omsætningen skal hentes udenfor Danmark, men København bliver centrum for aktiviteterne.<span id="more-462"></span></p>
<p>“Danmark har en enestående position i Microsoft-verdenen. Microsoft Dynamics-systemerne er skabt og udvikles stadig i Danmark, og Danmark er hjemsted for nogle af verdens største Microsoft-partnere. København er derfor et naturligt centrum for vores europæiske satsning,” siger CEO og stifter George Brown, Salesworks Systems Inc.</p>
<h3>Microsoft er begejstrede</h3>
<p>Bjarne Søballe og George Brown kender hinanden gennem mange års samarbejde. Salesworks har blandt andet samarbejdet med Naviteam og Munk IT, og Bjarne Søballe og George Brown har tidligere arbejdet sammen i Aston Group. Salesworks har altid arbejdet meget i Europa, men har ikke tidligere haft et europæisk kontor. Da Bjarne Søballe i efteråret 2008 valgte at forlade Norriq A/S efter at have gjort virksomheden til en af Danmarks største Microsoft Dynamics Nav- og C5-leverandør, lå et samarbejde med Salesworks Systems Inc lige for:</p>

Jeg har selv stået i spidsen for to af de største Microsoft-partnere – så jeg bilder mig ind, at jeg kender partnernes behov for støtte,” siger partner og europæisk direktør Bjarne Søballe, Salesworks Systems Inc.</p>

<h3>Erfaring skal sikre succes for andre</h3>
<p>Siden begyndelsen af 90’erne har Bjarne Søballe arbejdet med Navision som en af pionererne inden for ERP-salgsløsninger. Først etablerede han Naviteam A/S, der på får år voksede fra 6 til 90 ansatte. Herefter blev Naviteam solgt til det daværende Aston Group, der blev den førende Navision partner i Danmark, Europa og Australien. Her beklædte Bjarne Søballe flere internationale direktørposter, og stod blandt andet bag en særdeles succesfuld turn-around i Aston Group, UK. Senest har Bjarne Søballe ejet og ledet Munk IT, der efter en omfattende turn-around, voksede til over 130 ansatte og i 2007 blev solgt til Norriq A/S.</p>
<p>Indtil for nylig var Bjarne Søballe administrerende direktør for Norriq Denmark A/S, hvor han forbedrede forretningsgangen og gennemførte to fusioner, før han besluttede at forlade Norriq i slutningen af 2008. Nu glæder han sig til samarbejdet med Salesworks Systems Inc. og George Brown.</p>

<p>“We’ve spent over 20 years assisting partners in the Western, Central and Eastern European countries” says <a href="http://www.salesworks.com/about/georgebrown.php">George Brown</a>, President of Salesworks. “By opening this new office,<span id="more-406"></span> we’re able to expand that offering and provide more localized assistance to these partners. With an office in Denmark, we’ll be able to provide more one-on-one coaching and strategizing, business consulting, and training and workshop opportunities to the European countries, and more. We’ve got a lot to offer the VARs and ISVs in Europe, and this allows us the ability to focus more time on their unique business challenges. “</p>
<p>Leading the operations in Europe is <a href="http://www.salesworks.com/about/bjarnesoeballe.php">Bjarne Soballe</a>. A long term customer and partner to Salesworks, Bjarne has worked in the Channel for more than 22 years. Among the pioneers of ERP solution selling, Bjarne has worked with Navision since the early 90s. His business acumen and ERP expertise, coupled with his leadership skills allowed Bjarne to grow Naviteam A/S from 6 to 90 people in only 4 years, and make the company the leading Navision Partner in Denmark. Bjarne went on to start another successful ERP practice in Australia, Naviteam Australia, which he subsequently sold to Aston IT Group. Bjarne remained CEO of Aston Naviteam for 3 years, and later became the CEO of Aston Group UK. Aston Group was later bought by Tectura.</p>
<p>His latest accomplishment includes owning and operating Munk IT which he successfully “turned around” and grew to over 130 professionals, and later sold that to Norriq A/S.   Until recently he held the position of CEO for Norriq Denmark A/S, where he continued to increase revenues, improve business processes and completed 2 mergers before he decided to leave Norriq at the end of 2008.</p>
