Tim is dedicated to helping SALESWORKS’ clients find the focus they need to optimize their sales and marketing engines by more effectively managing their teams and individuals.

His expertise is rooted in 25 years of professional and managerial experience, including senior roles held with globally prominent software companies like SAP and Oracle. Currently, he is president of PATH Strategies Inc., a consulting company that works with companies in the high-tech marketplace.
During his downtime, Tim most likes to indulge his inquiring mind at snopes.com, Earl Grey tea at hand; that is, when the avid outdoorsman isn’t skiing, boating or scuba diving. Indeed, water is a big draw for Tim – if he wasn’t working as a consultant, he would like to try his hand at captaining a tug boat.
A true British Columbian, Tim most likes to spend time in Tofino, B.C., renowned for its surfing and incredible wintertime storm-watching, for its mystical restorative powers. If he were to travel abroad, his top pick would be the island of Mauritius, popular with deep-sea fishermen, surfers and pleasure boaters.
Tim would most like to have a drink with Loki, Thor’s archenemy. Here’s hoping Tim would whip up his signature standing rib roast with Yorkshire pudding on the barbecue to ensure he remained on Loki’s good side.
