Ross Allen
Ross Allen’s expertise at SALESWORKS is to ensure that all businesses adapt and maintain a consistent approach to managing their businesses, and selling and delivering ERP and CRM projects. His extensive experience in systems analysis and sales process engineering enable him to rapidly develop and execute flexible technology implementations.
Ross’ special talents include the creation of comprehensive, online workflow diagrams, which provide point and click access to all diagnostic tools a company would need, as well as the refinement of tools, materials and training methods that he has helped developed throughout his long tenure in the industry.
Ross has also successfully recruited and coached dozens of partners reselling packaged ERP software and related services. He uses his partner channel experience to coach ERP and other high value service consultants on how to manage their businesses, market, sell and deliver projects. With SALESWORKS, Ross conducts highly experiential workshops for hundreds of partners throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Ross holds degrees in accounting and computer science, is a Chartered Public Accountant, and started his career in firms such as Ernst & Young and Computer Associates.
He loves spending time in Bordeaux with his wife Carlene where they can drink fine wine, eat great food and shop to their hearts content. They can also be found frequenting Angelina’s Café in Paris for the best cup of hot chocolate found anywhere in the universe bar none. A culinary chef on the side, Ross loves cooking roasted lamb loin with foie gras reduction sauce and a garlic vegetable tian.
He likes Impressionist art, the Grateful Dead and collects oil paintings and kitchen knives. He prefers the opera over ballet and symphony. If ever given the opportunity he would love to throw a cold one back with Barney Rubble. And, in the Salesworks’ circle, it is known that Ross could be easily persuaded one day to try the profession of Sumo wrestling.
